Distance Chakra Balancing


While this is a distance session, the information about chakras is the same.

Chakras are energy wheels or centers in your body. These centers perpetually move, like little vortexes. The ancient knowledge of balancing these centers is infused with sound, stones & meditations to allow for a thriving state of health.

How does this session work?


This is all done on Discord or Facetime. Discord is preferable.

When engaging in distance work like this, it is called proxy. I will be working on you via proxy. So, you are relaxed in your total best chill spot, I am placing stones on your proxy (normally it is my black dog stuffed animal).

Your journey begins with placing unique crystals on targeted areas of your body, on your seven primary chakras. You will be in your own home. Done via proxy.


Followed by a short relaxational hypnotherapy session, which I call deepening. You will be guided through a Color Meditation. Which uses each of the seven colors of the seven main chakras to awaken the emotions, the feelings, the desires and your true nature from deep within.


Next, you will travel along the waves of a healing Sound Meditation, soothing you with either the sound of my voice or a Tibetan singing bowl (whichever is right for you). You will then, embrace both meditations in silence, at which time you will be left to harmonize with the preceding meditations.

You will hear both of these sections via Discord.

Distance Chakra Balancing is a technique that harnesses the principle of energy transference between healer (me) and client (you). 

Which activates and stimulates the chakras within your body.


 How this works remotely (via distance): 

  1. You set up your appointment with me.
  2. You will receive an invoice for payment.
  3. You fill out the Client Intake Form that is emailed to you. Please be totally honest and fill out all parts of this form. YES, it is extensive, for a reason. I need to know as much about you as possible to give you the best care and guidance.
  4. Once the above are completed, you let me know via email/text/Discord/facetime what you want to work on. What the theme of this session will be. This will be covered in your intake form also.
  5. At the scheduled time of your appointment you find your quiet place of contemplation. This can be outside under your favorite tree, on your couch, you can be just waking up for the day, your favorite place to meditate. The idea here is: I want you to be calm without the barriers of work and life getting in the way. It is invaluable for you to be deeply relaxed to benefit fully from each session. We do NOT need to do this part of the session via Discord/facetime.
  6. After your session I will phone/email (however your chosen form of contact works best) you to talk about your session. What came up, what to do next, any number of variables happen here.
  7. You set up your next appointment for continued well being.

How often should I set up an appointment?

To honestly answer this for you, you will need to think about where you are today, and where you want to be tomorrow with your health. I will always treat you as the brilliant unique individual that you are, this means that the following suggestions on timelines are general for most of the people I have helped throughout the past 25 years.

What I can tell you is this …

To get from point A (today) to point B (future goals) means that you need to do the work. I will always give you my best, the rest is up to you.

  • If you want slow results then set up an appointment every 6 months.
  • For steady, or status quo support, then once a month is good.
  • If you want to jump from today into future goals immediately. Then, at the very least, once a week for 4-6 weeks.
