Cancellations within 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you provide us with more than 48 hours' notice, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service.
