Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 3-4 days of items requested and payment is received. Normally it takes far less to get your orders shipped.

We do our best to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.

If you are outside of the USA and live in a country with GST then you are responsible to pay for your own GST.

You will be sent an email notification when your purchase is en route. I use USPS with a $50 tracking receipt or UPS. If you are local and choose to pick your items up, then check for my regular boutique hours or we can set up times just for you in advance. If you are unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask!

Exception: Under the EU’s distance selling laws, buyers from the European Union have the right to return unused, unopened product by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product. Any such requests must be made by contacting me via email at colleenfletcher3@gmail.com
