Come home to yourself through water, ritual, and reclamation. Leave lighter, clearer, and profoundly connected to your body, your truth, and your soul.

You’ve been feeling it, haven’t you? The quiet ache, the ache that brings you down. The call to come back to yourself. To remember the wild, wise woman you once were — before the noise, the roles, the rushing.

Step away from the screen, the schedule, and the steady pull of responsibility.

Come soak in stillness, in mineral-rich waters, and in the wide open sky of the high desert in Oregon USA.

Are you craving rest, ritual, and reconnection? Do you long to feel held by nature and the support of others— and fully at home in your body?

Imagine the Waters Holding You, So You Feel ...

  • A lighter body and a clearer heart
  • Deep connection to your inner voice
  • Filled with sacred rest and radiant sisterhood
  • You have the skills and practices to bring home — long after the water stills

You’ll leave like water — soft yet strong, clear yet deep, and wholly yourself.

I am ready to leave strong and calm

I created this because I know what it’s like to forget. To be tired. To crave return.

Water holds what we’re ready to release.

Ripples of Becoming

The earth becomes a mirror, reminding you of your own natural rhythm, cycles, and ancient knowing: There is no need to explain, giving you permission to feel again.

Process your emotions that have been suppressed in the name of strength. Prioritize your inner strength.

Soften the external noise.

Lead from Wholeness, not Wounds: Resolve unconscious patterns that can cloud decision-making or deplete presence.

Witness your light.

Ceremony doesn’t ask for a version of you—it welcomes the original you, the one you may have buried under roles, expectations, or survival strategies.

FAQ's

What if I don't know anyone

Please, feel the joy of solo travel and meeting new people. You are so very welcome to attend.

Is this for all levels?

Yes! This retreat is designed for women leaders seeking calm, regardless of prior experience. Whether you’re new to yoga, meditation, or any form of mindfulness practice, you’ll be fully supported. Our guidance will always honor your comfort level and meet you where you are.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing or participating in certain ways?

We honor and respect your boundaries. You're encouraged to communicate in ways that feel right for you—there is no pressure to share beyond your comfort zone. Your personal pace, space and preferences are always considered.

Do I need to know how to swim?

No swimming experience is required. While there may be optional water activities or time near the water, you will never be expected to participate in anything that makes you uncomfortable. Your safety and ease are always our top priorities, and all activities are designed to be inclusive and supportive.

While we may spend time around the waters in the big public pool, there's no requirement to swim or even get in if you prefer not to. The main pool is no deeper than 6ish feet, and as someone who is 5'2", I can stand on my tippy toes even in the deepest part. Plus, there are built-in benches along much of the outer edge, offering plenty of space to relax and feel supported. Your comfort and safety always come first, and all water activities are completely optional.

What's Included?

Once you have booked your accomodations at Crane Hot springs the main pool is available to use.

Dinner on arrival.

Breakfast and Dinner every day.

Breakfast on final day.

Space for connection, yoga, meditations and teaching.

  • Love and Kindness
  • Swimsuit: I suggest 2 at the least
  • Water sandals or shoes. I wear my Chaco sandals. These are not mandatory either, just a suggestion
  • Comfy relax and yoga-type clothes

My Personal Experiences With Staying at Crane HS.

Staying in our converted mini van, my husband and i have camped in the dead of winter.

When my husband and I want to go simple and a bit fancier, we stay in the units with the full bathrooms and private porch and tub.

My husband, parents and two of their friends have stayed in the Ranch House.

We have been soaking in the waters here for years. During covid they made some changes to the big pool and continue to make upgrades. Every time they upgrade we enjoy our time here even more.

As for some of the rooms without private bathrooms. This has never been an issue for us. 1) There are plenty of porta potties, which are always clean. 2) One of the improvements they made on site are the bathhouses. Very clean and open 24/7 with enough stalls for privacy and showers available, if needed. The lights surrounding the pool and bathhouse are subdued yet giving enough light to see where you are going in the dark of night.
We often get up pre dawn to enjoy the waters before the sun. I always feel comfortable walking around at night.

I am happy to share more details of my experiences here if that will be helpful to you.
