August 17th 10am-11am 

  • Stretch and Soothe: Combine the benefits of gentle movement with the power of sound healing. Release physical and mental tension as you stretch your body, feel the vibrations and breathe deeply.

August 31st 10am-11am 

  • Listen and Let Go: Immerse yourself in a soundscape designed to promote deep relaxation and inner peace. The mindfulness of sound: what do you hear? This session is perfect for those seeking to let go of worries and find stillness.

September 14th 10am-11am 

  • A Taste of Mindfulness: Experience a gentle blend of sound healing with the power of mindfulness through food.

September 28th 10am-11am 

  • Easeful Escape: Experience a truly restorative escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This session combines gentle sounds with guided imagery to transport you to a state of pure bliss.
