Springtime Refresh

During Covid-19 and beyond

Clean and revitalize...inside and out!

As most of us are spending more time at home than we expected, let's make the most of it!  What a perfect time for a springtime REFRESH of both our minds and our spaces. Take some time for yourself...spend a few minutes every day and focus on releasing the concerns that we can’t do anything about.  For some of us, our baseline anxiety is pretty high right now...uncertainty, grief, loneliness, financial issues, and obvious health concerns. For just a few minutes...release all of that. Release the coping mechanisms you’ve used in the past.  Get down to the bare necessities of what you need and what you can do right now. Clear out some brain space for moving forward.

And, since we’ll be there a while, let’s focus on making our spaces a little better to be in.  The stress of clutter, kids, piles and undone projects can sometimes be stifling. It adds to anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed.  Below is a list I’ve picked up somewhere along the road and it’s a pretty thorough breakdown of a room-by-room deep clean. While I realize some of you are stuck at home with small children and cleaning poop out of places where it doesn’t belong!  Others could probably use a distraction and a project checklist. Look overwhelming?? Don’t worry...just try to complete 2-3 tasks a day. It’s doable in small amounts and completing a few tasks will naturally lead into others.

We’re all doing our best.  Let’s use this as an opportunity to better ourselves and our lives for the future.  Detox and release that which no longer serves you...physically and emotionally! I’m available for distance healing which can definitely help in releasing stuck places.  Take care of yourselves and please feel free to reach out.
