Cancellation Policy
I understand that payment is due in full for Inner Radiance Reset with Colleen Fletcher.
Booking and Deposit: To secure your scheduled appointment payment is due at time of booking. I am able to charge half (50%) of the total service fee at time of booking with full payment due before your appointment.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that $100.00 of your service fee is non-refundable. This portion covers the initial administrative costs, personalized preparation, and the reservation of your dedicated time slot.
Cancellations within 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged.
Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you provide us with more than 48 hours' notice, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service.
My Commitment: In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible, and I will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or offer a full refund of all fees paid.
