What is a Chi Machine?

How often should I come in for an appointment?
As with the benefits of a massage, the chi machine will allow your body to return to its natural state of well-being and equilibrium. For optimal results, start with one session every 72 hours.
From there you will find what works best for your body, normally once a week to once a month. Think of the benefits of a massage.
Precautions to know about
Do not make an appointment if you:
- Had an operation within the last 3 months
- Have heart disease
- Have epilepsy
- Are pregnant
- Have internal ear problems or dizziness
- Contact me first if you have had knee or ankle surgery
- Have any implants or metal replacement surgeries
What to do after your machine stops?
Continue to lie comfortably on the floor until you feel the vibrations within your body subside.
Once that happens, gently remove your feet from the machine while you roll over onto your side.
Once on your side, push yourself up with your arms and hands. Easily swing your legs into a comfortable seated position. From there, slowly stand up while enjoying the new sensations of chi and energy flowing throughout your body and mind.
Honestly, this is probably my favorite part of the delightful experience.
